However, the cold wood floors really took away from the cozy feel. Some area rugs would go a long way in making the room warmer and more welcoming. Also, I noticed some cleanliness issues, like a few stains on the bedding and no toiletries provided, which was disappointing. Despite these issues, the charm of the area and the spacious accommodations helped make the stay enjoyable.

Not Worth the Stay!

My partner and I were extremely disappointed. The shower had hair on the walls, and we had no hot water at night. Attempting to cancel our second night was frustrating, as no help appeared available. Avoid unless significant improvements happen.

The location is convenient, especially for visiting nearby areas, and the room offers ample space that makes it comfortable for a longer stay. However, the coffee station in the lobby was unkempt, the bathroom cleanliness left much to be desired, and the staff seemed disinterested when approached. For a more enjoyable experience, improvements in maintenance and customer service are essential.
